Why this happens
Zomorph is a brand name for a 'modified-release' version of morphine. Both medications contain the same active ingredient (morphine). Taking both at the same time leads to an additive effect, where the total amount of morphine in your system may exceed safe levels.
What you should do
Do not take these two medications together unless specifically instructed by a pain specialist.
