Why this happens
Co-codamol is a combination of paracetamol and codeine used for pain relief. Stexerol D3 is a high-strength vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) supplement. These medicines are processed by different pathways in the body and do not interfere with how the other works.
What you should do
You can take these medicines together as prescribed. Always follow the dosage instructions on the packet or as advised by your doctor. If you experience any unusual side effects, such as severe constipation (which can be caused by the codeine in co-codamol), speak to your pharmacist or GP.
