Herb Powder

This homemade herb powder is an ingenious vegan staple that captures the concentrated essence of fresh herbs. By slowly dehydrating tender varieties like dill, basil, or coriander at a low temperature, you create a versatile seasoning that packs a far more potent punch than shop-bought alternatives. It is a fantastic way to reduce food waste and preserve the vibrant green colour and aroma of your garden or supermarket bunches before they wilt.

Perfect for the health-conscious cook, this savoury powder adds an instant hit of flavour to roasted vegetables, popcorn, or creamy dips without the need for excess salt. Use a single herb for a clean profile or experiment with your own bespoke blends to elevate your everyday cooking. Simply store in a glass jar to keep your pantry stocked with a taste of summer all year round.
