Guacamole with Aleppo Pepper

This vibrant vegan guacamole offers an inspired twist on the classic Mexican dip, incorporating the mild, fruity heat of Aleppo pepper for a sophisticated depth of flavour. By poaching the garlic briefly before mincing, the harsh raw edges are softened, allowing the creamy avocado and zesty lime to shine alongside the fresh coriander and red onion.

Perfect as a healthy snack or a versatile topping for tacos and fajitas, this dish is packed with heart-healthy fats and fresh plant-based ingredients. The addition of Aleppo pepper provides a beautiful crimson garnish and a gentle aromatic warmth, making it a standout choice for casual entertaining or a simple, nutritious homemade lunch.
