Summer Twang

This refreshing cantaloupe and apple cider vinegar cooler offers a sophisticated alternative to sugary soft drinks. Combining the natural sweetness of ripe melon with the bright tang of cider vinegar, it creates a balanced and restorative beverage that is perfect for sipping during the warmer months. The vibrant orange hue and clean, crisp finish make it an elegant choice for garden parties or a relaxing afternoon spent relaxing in the sun.

As a low-sugar recipe, this drink relies on a small amount of honey to enhance the seasonal fruit's flavour rather than masking it. The addition of chilled soda water provides a light effervescence that cleanses the palate, while the vinegar adds a trendy, shrub-like depth. Serve these coolers in tall glasses with plenty of ice for a healthy, hydrating treat.
