Chipotle Pork Cheeseburgers

These smoky chipotle pork cheeseburgers offer a vibrant twist on a classic barbecue favourite. By using succulent pork mince seasoned with spicy chipotle in adobo and aromatic garlic, these patties deliver a deep, savoury heat that pairs perfectly with melted cheese. The addition of fresh tomatillo and creamy avocado provides a bright, zesty contrast to the rich meat, making every bite feel balanced and sophisticated.

As a high-protein dinner option, this recipe is ideal for those seeking a satisfying, muscle-building meal that does not compromise on flavour. It is quick to prepare on a weeknight but feels special enough for a casual weekend gathering with friends. Serve these burgers in toasted buns with a side of crisp green salad or sweet potato wedges for a complete, homemade feast.
