Prawns Boil

This aromatic prawn boil is a fantastic way to enjoy succulent seafood, infused with a complex blend of coriander seeds, mustard, and a hint of cayenne heat. By simmering the prawns in a deeply fragrant broth of spices, lemon, and garlic, you create a dish that is light yet punchy in flavour. This traditional preparation method ensures the prawns remain tender and juicy, making it a reliable favourite for those seeking a fresh, dairy-free meal that feels like a special occasion.

Ideal for a relaxed weekend lunch or a social dinner, this dish is best served in the centre of the table for everyone to tuck into. As a healthy, low-fat protein option, these spiced prawns pair beautifully with a crisp green salad or some grilled corn on the cob. Simply peel and enjoy them with an extra dash of hot sauce for a truly authentic experience.
