These grilled pork chops with saté sauce offer a vibrant, Thai-inspired meal that is both dairy-free and full of aromatic flavour. The rich sauce combines creamy coconut milk with roasted peanuts and a hint of red curry spice, providing a savoury depth that perfectly complements the charred, succulent pork. It is a wonderful way to elevate a simple cut of meat into something truly special for a mid-week dinner.
Quick to prepare and intensely satisfying, this pork dish is best served alongside steamed jasmine rice or a fragrant herb pilaf to soak up the delicious peanut sauce. Add some freshly sliced cucumber and a squeeze of lime to provide a cooling contrast to the gentle heat of the chilli. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a high-protein, dairy-free meal that doesn't compromise on taste.
