Taking solifenacin and Zomorph (morphine) together can increase the risk of side effects such as severe constipation, difficulty passing urine, and a very dry mouth. It may also lead to increased drowsiness, confusion, or blurred vision.

Why this happens
Both medicines have 'anticholinergic' effects, meaning they slow down certain bodily functions like digestion and bladder emptying. When used together, these effects are added together (additive effect), making side effects more likely and more intense.
What you should do
Use this combination with caution. Ensure you drink plenty of water and eat a high-fibre diet to prevent constipation. If you find it very difficult to pass urine, or if you experience severe stomach pain or extreme drowsiness, contact your doctor immediately.
