There are no known harmful interactions between rosehip (with Vitamin C) and Vitamin B complex. In fact, these vitamins are often taken together as part of a balanced supplement routine. Both Vitamin C and the B vitamins are water-soluble, meaning your body uses what it needs and flushes out the excess through your urine.

Why this happens
These vitamins use different pathways for absorption and do not interfere with how the body processes or removes one another. Rosehip is a natural source of Vitamin C and contains various antioxidants that work alongside B vitamins to support general health without causing a chemical conflict.
What you should do
It is safe to take these together. To get the best absorption, you may wish to take them with a meal and a full glass of water. As with all supplements, do not exceed the recommended daily dose on the packaging, as very high doses of Vitamin C can sometimes cause mild stomach upset or diarrhoea.
