15 ml red wine vinegar
5 ml fresh lemon juice
60 ml extra virgin olive oil
900 g tomatoes, cut into wedges (preferably heirloom)
120 g small flat leaf parsley sprigs
30 g mint leaves, torn
15 g dill leaves, torn
45 g finely chopped chives
