Ingredients for Avocado water
1 small ripe avocado, pit removed
75 ml fresh lime juice
45 g sugar
tiny pinch of sea salt
How to make Avocado water
Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender.
Add the lime juice, sugar, salt, 125 ml ice cubes, and 500 ml cold water.
Purée until smooth; blend in an additional splash of water if the mixture is too thick.
