Ingredients for Mortadella moments
1 piece focaccia (20 cm x 20 cm)
mayonnaise (for spreading)
900 g very thinly sliced mortadella
16 peperoncini, halved or quartered if very large
How to make Mortadella moments
Slice the focaccia in half while holding a bread knife parallel to a cutting board.
Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the cut sides of the focaccia.
Cut each half into 5 cm squares.
