Ingredients for Crab salad tostadas

  • 4 celery stalks, thinly sliced

  • 570 ml cherry tomatoes, preferably yellow, halved

  • 120 g mint leaves

  • 1 jalapeño, deseeded if desired, thinly sliced

  • 30 ml fresh lime juice

  • 15 ml extra-virgin olive oil

  • 10 g Old Bay seasoning

  • 5 g kosher salt

  • 225 g super lump or jumbo lump crab meat, picked over, drained

  • 1 batch creamy avocado dip

  • Lime wedges (for serving)

How to make Crab salad tostadas

  1. Toss the celery, tomatoes, mint, jalapeño, lime juice, oil, Old Bay seasoning, and salt together in a large bowl until well combined.
