Ingredients for Crab salad tostadas
4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
570 ml cherry tomatoes, preferably yellow, halved
120 g mint leaves
1 jalapeño, deseeded if desired, thinly sliced
30 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml extra-virgin olive oil
10 g Old Bay seasoning
5 g kosher salt
225 g super lump or jumbo lump crab meat, picked over, drained
1 batch creamy avocado dip
Lime wedges (for serving)
How to make Crab salad tostadas
Toss the celery, tomatoes, mint, jalapeño, lime juice, oil, Old Bay seasoning, and salt together in a large bowl until well combined.
Gently fold in the crab meat, taking care not to break it apart.
Spread the Creamy Avocado Dip over the tostadas.
Top the tostadas with the crab salad mixture.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
