Ingredients for Chopped BLT salad

  • 225 g streaky bacon, cooked, diced

  • 300 g purple cabbage, chopped

  • 1 large bunch romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 60 g onion, chopped

  • 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil

  • 5 ml celery salt, or sea salt, or pink Himalayan salt to taste

  • black pepper to taste (if tolerated)
