Ingredients for Chopped BLT salad
225 g streaky bacon, cooked, diced
300 g purple cabbage, chopped
1 large bunch romaine lettuce, chopped
60 g onion, chopped
60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
180 g tomato, chopped
5 ml celery salt, or sea salt, or pink Himalayan salt to taste
black pepper to taste (if tolerated)
